3/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1 TBS of dijon mustard
1 tsp of Stevia sweetener
Kosher salt and Black Pepper

Whisk dijon mustard with vinegar, salt, pepper and sweetener. Add Olive Oil. I like to make a salad with a bag of sweet butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
