Cranberry/Jalapeno/Orange Relish

 2 cups cranberries
¼ cup diced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
2 T lime juice
2 blood oranges cut in small pieces (can use regular oranges but these create nice color & flavor)
½ cup sugar
2 stalks celery diced
¼ cup mint leaves chopped
¼ cup toasted pecans broken into pieces
 
1. Place cranberries in food processor, pulse to chop coarsely.  Transfer to bowl.
2. Add onion, jalapeno, lime juice, orange, sugar, celery, and mix together.  Refrigerate for few hours (or preferably overnight).  Just before serving, add mint and pecans.  Serve.
