Dr. Kilmer's Cajun Swamp Root Dip (New Canaan Farms) is a mix purchased at Canton Trade Days in Pavilion II - booths 77 & 78, and you just add sour cream & mayo.  BUT you can also purchase on line at www.souperjams.com.  I also highly recommend Lydia Pinkham's Onion & Garlic Dip and Brother Sarducci's Spaghetti Seasoning.  All are delicious.

Cream cheese dip or "Flo dip" as it's known in my family (named after our friend Florence who gave us the recipe):

2 - 8 oz cream cheese

1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cup of Hellman's mayo

1 -2 bunches of green onions (tops only)

5 - 10 slices of crisp crumbled bacon

Make 24 hours in advance of serving.
