Easy Chicken Pot Pie

2 deep dish frozen Pie Pastries
1/2 rotisserie chicken pulled apart
1 can chicken/mushroom soup
bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup of chopped onion
Salt and Pepper

Bake one of the frozen pie crusts by directions on package
Saute onion in a little butter
Cook veggies according to directions....I used the steamable bag
Mix soup with a little whole milk or half and half,  probably about 1/4 cup. 
Add veggies, chicken, and sauteed onions.  Pour into cooked pastry.  Lay the other thawed pastry on top and seal around the edges.  Pierce with fork all over top.  Bake 375 for 30 min or until golden brown.  Be sure and put on a cookie sheet to bake in case of spillage.
