APRICOT FRIED PIES

Cut apricots into small pieces, add enough water to cover and add 1/4 cup sugar.  Simmer until mushy.  Add 1 cinnamon.

While apricots are cooking add 2 cups self rising flour, 2/3 cup cold water and 1/3 cup Crisco and mix in food processor.  After mixed, divide into 8 rolls.  Roll out and put 1/4 cup fruit on dough.  Wet edges with water and fold over and crimp with folk.

Cook in hot oil in golden brown.
